WARNING #1: This book is recommended for mature audiences ONLY due to language and explicit sexual content.
WARNING #2: This series of novellas are prequels to her Original Sinners series . While they can be read as a stand alone series, there will be some spoilers revealed.
Once again, Mistress Nora is in her glory. The more this series goes on, the more and more I fall in love with Lance. He's a strong man, even as a submissive, and I wish that his story arc with Nora was longer as I do think he would be good for her. Even in the brief time that we've known him, he's already making her consider taking ownership of him, which as the long-time fans know, is not something Nora has ever considered before.
Emotionally, this was another roller-coaster. I have a strong feeling that this story arc will end in a way that leaves me a sobbing mess, even though I know how The Oringial Sinners end.
I do think the one drawback for some readers about this novella series may be the pricing. While most readers would not object to paying 99 cents for a full length novel, paying that for something that is only 25 pages may put a lot of people off. However, I think the story itself is worth it as it is something I would definitely read more than once. I still wish that all five books had been put into one novella, but I still can't complain overmuch as these were all released close enough together that even ending on a cliff-hanger, you weren't kept waiting long for the next release.
I would definitely recommend this (and her other novels if you haven't read them) to those that enjoy a good, well-written erotica story.
